Universities Industry Bodies TAFE Courses

The main sources of wine education in Australia are the University of Roseworthy in South Australia, Charles Sturt University based in Wagga Wagga NSW and Sydney University which has a campus at Orange in central NSW. These universities offer a number of courses in wine studies including viticulture, winemarketing and eonology.

Otherwine education courses are run through Technical Adult Further Education "TAFE" colleges. TAFE institutions are situated in every state and territory in Australia and are both nationally and state funded by governments ineach state. Courses offered vary from basic to advanced courses with individual modules in wines of the world eg Italy, France etc.
